Margit Brazda Poirier, GPC, M.S., founded Grants4Good LLC® in 2009. She and her team have written and received millions in grants from federal, state, foundation, and corporate sources – and she has the unique perspective of understanding both grant seeking and grant making, given her experience leading a prominent New York foundation. Margit’s passion is public speaking, training, and teaching others in this incredible field through her self-paced online course,www.allaboutgrantwriting.com, and through custom coaching.

Margit holds a B.A. from Colgate University and a M.S. from State University of New York. She is a self-professed math geek, tech enthusiast, enjoys reading books (made of paper pages) and spending time outdoors skiing and surfing with her family.

 

Bethany Lee, PhD, serves as Senior Writer for the American Hospital Association’s 501(c)(3) nonprofit affiliate, the Health Research & Educational Trust, which enacts programs to benefit hospitals and health systems across the United States. She has worked in a variety of nonprofit roles over the past 26 years, including as a grant writer and reviewer, professor, editor, and community program director. Her career has spanned such diverse fields as performing arts, publishing, higher ed, and health care, and she is always looking for new and unique ways to collaborate on grants and projects.

Sam Landenwitsch is one of the co-founders of Chorus AI. Chorus AI was built for the nonprofit and civic sectors to streamline workflows across departments, integrating document search, research, news and social media monitoring, and content creation. Prior to founding Chorus AI, Sam spent 15 years in the nonprofit space primarily working on environmental policy. During that time, he served for 9 years as COO and CFO of The Public Interest Network, where he grew revenue from $35m to $80m. Sam also spent 3 years as an independent consultant focused on strategic planning. He has a B.A. from Yale University.
