Webinar Description: 

In a COVID-19 world, nonprofit professionals have continued to shift their priorities, projects, working habits and team members. This can make work incredibly inefficient and difficult to manage. We’ll discuss better ways to become successful in a changing environment and think about the impact in the long-term. We’ll discuss what project management means, how to use specific actions to build better processes (in the short-term and long-term) and determine cost-effective solutions to combat your biggest project management challenges. There will be additional resources provided as well, which can be used immediately after the session.
 

Presenter:

Rachel Werner, Owner and CEO of RBW Strategy, has over 16 years of grants and project management experience spanning the corporate, nonprofit, and public sectors. She and her team support clients on the full lifecycle of grants activities and proposal development, project management, and strategic planning. Since the beginning of her career, she and her team have helped to garner over $35 million in grants and contracts. She is a certified Project Management Professional and Certified Grants Professional.
