Responsibilities:
- Defines and shapes the education agenda for AAGP
- Advances the education agenda of AAGP
- Ensures that all professional development meets the education agenda of AAGP
- Ensures that all professional development is high quality.
- Reviews the Call for Conference Presenters, submissions, and sets the conference menu of presentations.
- Develops professional development opportunities for AAGP members
- Designs conference evaluation methods to ensure the annual conference meets the goals and expectations of our members
- Review competencies and skills for the GPC exam to assure our Professional Development is in alignment with the competencies.
- Develop professional growth and development opportunities for chapters.
Time Commitment: This active committee requires members to spend about six hours per month attending committee meetings and working on committee tasks. Anyone interested in participating on the committee is encouraged to attend.
