The members on this committee are comprised of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and one other board member.

Responsibilities:

• Approve and establish contracts
• Oversee other committees to see jobs are being done
• President oversees and monitors Executive Director
• Develop and implement standardized memorandom of understanding process for AAGP affiliates

Time commitment:  Monthly conference calls, 3-4 face-to-face meetings per year – held in conjuction with AAGP Board meetings.
